    Review, analyze, and negotiate commercial leases including terms such as term and commencement, renewal and cancellation, rent, use, assignment and subletting, repairs and maintenance, alterations, security deposits, insurance requirements, casualty and restoration, condemnation, landlord vs. tenant responsibilities, subordination, non-disturbance, and attornement agreements, rights of first refusal, first offer, and first negotiation.
