We represent both borrowers and lenders in a range of financings, from conventional loans to the occasional capital market and securitized transaction. In acquisitions and dispositions, the firm reviews, analyzes, and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, and accompanying financing documents to the extent there is financing associated with the transaction. In leasing transactions, the firm represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of lease documentation.
